SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in through the Prime Houston Pools website contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Prime Houston Pools related to your residential pool service inquiry, quote request, appointment coordination, customer support, service updates, and service-related follow-up.

1. Program Description

Prime Houston Pools uses SMS to respond to customer-initiated pool service requests and customer support inquiries. Messages may include replies to quote requests, service intake questions, appointment coordination, follow-up reminders, customer support responses, and service-related updates.

2. Opt-In

You may opt in by checking an SMS consent checkbox on the Prime Houston Pools website contact form.

3. Marketing Consent

If Prime Houston Pools offers marketing or promotional SMS messages, marketing consent will be requested separately from service-related SMS consent. Marketing SMS consent is optional and is not required to request or purchase service.

4. Consent Not Required

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

5. Opt-Out (Cancellation Instructions)

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Message frequency varies depending on your request and ongoing service needs.

8. Message and Data Rates

9. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

11. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

12. Compliance

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and A2P 10DLC registration requirements, regarding the use of SMS communications.

14. No Sharing

Prime Houston Pools does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
